Situated between Son Bou and Cala En Porter, Son Esquella is an exclusive and private location surrounded by more than 300 hectares of nature offering a faithful demonstration of Mediterranean tradition and elegance.

The villa hosts historical architecture dated from the 2nd century B.C such as traditional talayotic towers, offering an insight to a typical countryside home, stables or the paths vested with the traditional dry walls used to delimitate land.

Son Esquella is a 400 sqm traditional Menorcan house with on a 100 hectares plot of wild land that can host up to 17 guests.

The outdoor area is composed of a large porch with a dining table and a barbecue close to the house, as well as a 40sqm pool and a vast garden that separates it from the house. 

The house has three kitchens. The main kitchen is a generous space to gather around and has a spacious dining space attached, as well as a comfortable living room equipped with A/C, a sofa and a TV with an integrated Chromecast. The second kitchen and connects directly to two of the bedrooms, creating a small apartment feel with the independent kitchenette. Additionally, on the upper floor there is another fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a TV with integrated Chromecast as well.

Airport is 10 minutes driving distance and Mahón, 15 minutes only.
