This charming country house is found at the end of a little dirt road that bridges the village of Sant Lluís and Binisafúa beach, both less than a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of other beaches are a 10 minute drive away : Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Biniparratx and Binidalí. 

The property covers a large plot of nearly 4 hectares, with numerous gardens and areas to relax in the sun or shade.

The pool, measuring 18m x 4m, is surrounded by a terrace area and offers beautiful views of the sea across the countryside. The pool is heated.
Near the pool, there is a pétanque court with a table and chairs, and a grassy garden.

The main porch is connected to the living room and kitchen, and is furnished with large sofas and a spacious table with chairs for outdoor dining.
Additionally, each annex has its own small porch, also furnished with a table and chairs.

The whole property can accommodate up to 14 guests, with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, exquisitely decorated with high-quality furniture.

The main house has a spacious living room with access to the porch, TV room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, 4 bedrooms and their bathrooms, and an upstairs terrace with stunning views from the master bedroom.

All bedrooms throughout the main house and the annexes have ceiling fans.
There is heating throughout the house for the colder months.

Cooking under request & daily cleaning included.

Airport is 10 minutes driving distance and Mahón, 15 minutes only.
